Since the U.S. banking collapse in 2008 there currently are few if any U.S.mortgage financing companies in play. Real estate sellers are aware of the hurdles buyers must navigate to make a purchase in Mexico. Sometimes those hurdles end up causing a real estate transaction to fall apart – and smart sellers are stepping up to the plate by offering Seller Financing, or as many in the U.S. and Canada real estate markets know as "Owner will Carry" transactions.
